Bojan Gajić
Energy expert
Mr. Bojan Gajić graduated from the University of Mechanical Engineering in Niš, Serbia, in 1999, and since then, performed managerial and expert jobs in the private as well as public sectors. For the past 15 years, he has been involved in the energy development and energy efficiency sector at the municipal level, mostly focusing on Energy Management, District Heating, Energy Transition, Energy efficiency in buildings, and Climate policies.
His activities in the area of energy and climate as the City Energy Manager made him recognizable by expertise beyond the municipality and even national borders. This was supported by his involvement and initiation of numerous local energy development projects, development of strategies and regulatory framework, and international cooperation activities which significantly improved his knowledge and experience.
For the last 10 years, he has been carrying out a number of consultancy engagements in the area of Energy efficiency, energy performance of buildings, renewables, and District Heating. During this period he has been supporting a great number of municipalities, NGOs, and governmental institutions as a technical assistance in the development of strategic documents, legal framework, increase of the capacity of employees, and awareness of wider groups of stakeholders.
Mr. Gajić has significant experience in conference participation, training organization and workshop presentations with extensive experience of working with EU institutions, international donor organizations, and financial institutions.

Prof. Dr. Goran Vučković
Doctor of Mechanical Sciences
Professor Dr. Goran Vučković has over 15 years of experience as an expert, consultant, and coordinator in energy efficiency projects for the employers GIZ Germany, Serbian Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, and local governments. He is a Doctor of Sciences in mechanical engineering. Currently, he is an associate professor at the University of Niš, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Niš.
He completed numerous additional education in the country and abroad (Japan, Great Britain, Russia) in the fields of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and energy management in the building sector, industry, and communal energy, as well as in the fields of financial engineering and environmental protection.
His research focus is on mathematical modeling, optimization, and integration of energy systems with an emphasis on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and cost-effectiveness.
